Terms of service
By using GlobalX you agree to the following terms. GlobalX acts as a licensed travel intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators.
Bookings
Confirmations are subject to supplier availability at the time of ticketing. Prices are locked once the Value Proposition Report is paid.
Cancellations
Refund eligibility follows the supplier's fare rules plus our parity guarantee. Service fees are non-refundable once booking has been executed.
Traveller responsibility
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements at destination.
Liability
GlobalX's liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for supplier acts, force majeure, or consequential loss.
